Efficient Kingsmarch Farming and Shipment Strategies in PoE 326

With King's March still present in version 3.26, several changes have made efficient setup even more crucial. The very first and most important step is ensuring all farmers are level five. Some players use lower-level farmers, but maximizing crop generation per hour is essential for profitability.

More crops mean more shipments, and more shipments lead to more currency. For other roles, higher levels are also beneficial. For mining, running one or two level fives and the rest lower levels suffices unless a specialized mining strategy is pursued. Smelters should be set to maximum rank for convenience, though idle workers do not cost extra.

For shipments, having at least two max-level shippers is recommended for convenience, though one can suffice. After farmers, focus on max-level disenchanters. Disenchanting higher dust items is preferred, though random items can be chosen if gold allows.

Disenchanting and Tier Zero Choices

When deciding what to disenchant, two main tier zero uniques—Rakiata and Divinario—are optimal. Rakiata provides 2.7 million dust (with quality), and Divinario gives 2.4 million. Currently, Divinario is easier to buy and offers better value, but both are good if priced well.

Disenchant a set of Divinarios for enough dust to cover all potential shipments. If tier zero is unavailable, disassemble random items found during play.
Efficient Mapper Usage

Running mappers is not always necessary, as it consumes gold and does not always generate much currency. However, if mappers are used, run a full set of level five mappers (ideally six).

The most profitable approach is using eight-mod maps (for example, ST). Additional strategies include using Delirium or tier 16+ maps, but eight-mod maps with bad layouts or regular tier 16s are usually best.

Shipment Values and Crop Selection

Shipment Value Preparation Best Crops Dust Needed Reward Notes
50 Million Most prep; all crop types required Wheat, Corn, Pumpkin, Blue Xanthium 25 Million Higher cost, higher chance for big rewards, but still some RNG
17 Million Less prep; easiest to set up Double Corn, Double Wheat, (optional) Blue Xanthium 8–12 Million Lower cost, but higher risk of low/no reward
70 Million High value, two crop types work best Half Wheat, Half Corn 8–12 Million Most efficient with two crop types only
For 50 million shipments, send all crop types for best rewards. For 17m or 70m, focus on wheat and corn or mix in blue xanthium for flexibility. Avoid using only one crop type for large shipments, as rewards are significantly worse.
Ore Shipments and Gakanu Bonuses

Sending ore shipments through Gakanu, especially Verisium Takenu, can yield tattoos and additional bonuses. Small shipments start at 500k, but sending up to 15 million ore can provide expensive tattoos and greater rewards. Excessive dust should not be spent on ore shipment; focus on ore only.

Always send ore to Gakanu if excess is available. Prioritize shipments of at least five million for the best tattoo and currency results.
Shipment Results and RNG

Results from shipments demonstrate the role of RNG. A 50 million shipment may yield no mirror shards but can provide sacred orbs and runes. Sometimes, even high-value shipments may result in near break-even or loss if unlucky.

In contrast, a 17 million shipment can result in a mirror shard (worth around 40 divines), making it highly profitable. Both shipment values are viable, but both can also yield little depending on luck.

Both 50m and 17m strategies are legitimate. Choose based on preparation preference and willingness to accept RNG swings. Mirror shards are possible from both methods.
Final Tips and Shipment Recommendations

For 50m shipments, use all crop types and prioritize sending to ribbon file. For 70m, split crops between wheat and corn. For Gakanu, send large ore shipments for tattoo rewards. Adjust strategy to match personal playstyle and RNG tolerance.
